NEED A COACH?

“I have a problem and need to change. I don’t know how.
Recognizing the problem and accepting help to change is a major first step.
With Susan you begin to recognize the impact the problem has on your life, gain insight into behavior, and make changes.

“I am under so much stress, I can’t handle it.”  Pinpoint the sources of stress and find easy ways to decrease it.  Don’t worry, it can be easy.

“The situation is so complicated, I don’t what to do.”   Understanding the situation and recieving objective outside perspective lowers the stress and gives you clear direction.

“I need to get help for my son, my spouse or my friend.”    You learn ways to either help them or ways to let go and establish healthy boundaries for yourself.  Gain greater insight about how to accept or resolve the problem.  Because you change your behavior and attitude, the other person does also.

My marriage is in trouble.” When I coach married couples it is with both parties separately over the phone. The conversation I have with one person is strictly confidential and not shared with the other spouse.  You gain a stronger marriage, improved communication and better understanding of each other.

My daughter/son is getting married” The engaged couple need to have discussions regarding expectations, responsibility, decisions, boundaries and communication. Just as I coach married couples, this takes place separately over the phone and is strictly confidential.  This is a great start to a solid foundation. 

I don’t have time, I feel so overwhelmed.
 Decisions regarding priorities and what is truly important helps to manage the chaos.

People give many non-verbal clues that indicate anger, frustration, stress, fear and anxiety. These can be very noticeable in body language and facial expression. Random comments indicate there is much under the surface. These signs and major life changes indicate the need for a coach.
