BEFORE AND AFTER
We have all seen before and after pictures, pictures before and aftercosmetic surgery, weight loss and beauty makeovers. There is usuallya tremendous difference in the outside appearance. Today, we look atthe difference on the inside, the before and after of working with a life coach.
BEFORE
I am so stressed, way too busy, frustrated, impatient, everything!! My boss even calledme in to talk about my attitude and performance.
AFTER
I have started to notice a difference in people, but I can’t put my finger on why. Theyhave even been making comments like “you are different, what changed?’ Life is easierand happier. I like the new me and it seems other people do too.
BEFORE
My marriage is falling apart, we either don’t talk or we argue every night. It is like theonly thing we have in common is a mailing address.
AFTER
Having someone for each of us to talk to has made all the difference. Knowing that I cantalk to my coach without judgment and in complete confidence has helped me understandmyself so much better and understand my wife. In fact, my wife talks to her also. Ourmarriage is fun again. I wish we would have gotten help sooner, we wasted so much time.
BEFORE
I have so many questions. I feel like all I am doing is going through the motions. I knowI am not doing what I want to be doing. Come to think of it, I am not really sure what Iwant or where I want to be. I do know that something is missing.
AFTER
Wow! the freedom of having some of the questions answered is amazing. I know whichdirection to go and the peace I feel is incredible, something I have never experiencedbefore.
